4″ Subhastatum Philodendron

*Rare Plant* Philodendron Subhastatum is a rare tropical climber admired for its bi-color foliage. Philodendron Subhastatum has green, glossy foliage that changes as the plant grows old. Juvenile Subhastatum has leaves that are red from underneath. This colour becomes more prominent as the plant matures.

Water: Medium. Philodendrons like their soil to remain slightly moist but not soggy in order to grow large leaves. Only water when the top inch or two is dry to prevent over watering and root rot. 

Sun: Medium to Bright Indirect. Will tolerate lower light conditions.

Pets: Toxic to pets.
