Crispy Wave is a funky fern with long, erect, leathery fronds, emerging from a central rosette. These distinctly bright green wavy leaves set this
fern apart from the rest.
According to NASA’s air purifying plant study, the surface area is the number one factor in determining a plant’s oxygen producing capabilities.
The waviness of the Crispy Wave’s fronds increases its actual surface area compared to other ferns. The fronds’ thickness and rigidity allow the Crispy Wave to filter harmful particles such as formaldehyde from the air to a higher degree.
Crispy Wave is a pet-safe plant and can grow endlessly if put in a larger container. Its air purifying properties will only improve the longer you have it!
Light: Medium to bright indirect light. An east- or north-facing window would be ideal. If in a South or West facing window, provide shade. No direct sunlight: the leaves might become pale or get burn mark
Water: The soil should never dry out completely. Watering is required more often during the active growing period (April-September). Make sure not to over-water and don’t leave the plant sitting in water.
