Who couldn’t love a starfish shaped succulent? That’s exactly what this is! They are a more compact hybrid of Sansevieria cylindrica, known as snake plant. The plant has fan-shaped light green foliage with dark green concentric circles from the top to the bottom of the leaf. Young “pups” spring from the base of the plant and can be easily transplanted to propagate new plants.
Water: Low. Water starfish sansevieria only when it is completely dry.
Sunlight: Prefers bright light but will tolerate low light levels. It will also be able to grow in more low light locations but the colours will not be as bright.
Placement: Sansevieria Boncel’s compact nature makes it the perfect windowsill plant for a north-facing window or sheer-curtained windows. Very attractive in smaller pots when displayed on a table, shelf or credenza.
